Gallery 1516’s first exhibition was Friends of Kent, featuring work by realist artist Kent Bellows and other Nebraskan artists. It has been 10 years since our inaugural exhibition, and the time is right to put Kent's work back in the spotlight. This exhibition will celebrate Kent Bellows’ legacy with artwork from throughout his career.
Downsizing

Enjoy our second annual Downsizing exhibition! This art auction and exhibition will feature a variety of quality art from Nebraska collectors who are “downsizing” their inventories. Explore the fantastic artwork on display and purchase artwork for your own collection! Artwork will be available to purchase at a “Buy It Now” price or bid on in a silent auction running for the duration of the exhibition.
2025 Nebraska Biennial

The Nebraska Biennial is a juried exhibition held in odd-numbered years that features some of the best artists from across the state. Stay tuned for more information about how to apply for the 2025 Nebraska Biennial. Eligible artists include current and former residents of Nebraska.
